All Winstone Distributor (Independent Business Partner) are required to educate themselves with the company’s policy made available to them at the time of registration. It is solely the Distributor’s responsibility to keep updating himself/herself with the changes made in the policy from time to time. All the new rules and regulations can be collected by Distributors from the head office or request or can be checked at the website of the Company.
The Company shall perform on the following rules and regulation till any further change is made and expects its Distributor to go through them thoroughly. Any misinterpretation of any point by any Distributor will solely be his/her responsibility. The company won’t be responsible for the same.
To be an Independent Business Owner of Aayurvatika Herbals Pvt .Ltd. a person has to submit his/her KYC form along with an ID proof and address proof. Any person can join the company for free and start his/her business according to the company’s plan.
In case of an individual applicant, he/she shall be over 18 years of age. In case of business entity, it shall be properly registered in the state of residence of the Firm’s Proprietor /Managing Partner.
A Distributor has full rights to apply with us as a business firm , thereafter trade under the same .The Distributor shall mention an individual name with Aayurvatika Herbals Pvt .Ltd. Which will correspond, where after all the correspondence from Aayurvatika Herbals Pvt .Ltd. shall only / whatsoever be addressed to him/her.
A person becomes Aayurvatika Herbals Pvt .Ltd. Independent Business Owner only after the acceptance of the registration from by the company .The company hold all the rights to accept or reject the application submitted by a person.
A consultant shall have only one introducer.
An introducer is the one who introduces a person to Aayurvatika Herbals Pvt .Ltd. hereafter called an upline. An applicant for a Distributor who is in turn becomes an Distributor by virtue of Aayurvatika Herbals Pvt .Ltd. acceptance of their Distributor application and agreement from.
A Distributor shall not resign from one name and rejoin under a different name immediately. Shall he wish to do so; Aayurvatika Herbals Pvt .Ltd. gives consent to do so only after 06 months after acceptance of the resignation.
A Distributor shall bear all the charges whatsoever recurring occurring during the trading /retailing of company’s product.
Aayurvatika Herbals Pvt .Ltd. has formatted terms and condition for Distributor’s terminaton. Should any consultant wish to resign; he/she should go through the same . Aayurvatika Herbals Pvt .Ltd. cannot/should not be hold responsible for any misinterpretations made by the Distributor wishing to resign.
A Distributor shall have the liberty to conduct /operate their trading /retailing business without any hindrances from geographical/transnational bindings, only if Aayurvatika Herbals Pvt .Ltd. has established a corporate presence in the said country.
A Distributor shall/may change his/her status from an individual to a business entity with proper documentation detailing all owners, partners stock holders, officer and directors of the business entity .The individual submitting the form must provide adequate documentation to Aayurvatika Herbals Pvt. Ltd. verifying that they are authorized to enter into binding contract for the business entity.
When request for change of status ,the Distributor applicant must certify that no person in the said business entity has had a registration from Aayurvatika Herbals Pvt. Ltd. within last six (6) months, prior to submission of the from .However ,it may be the case if / unless it is the continuation of an existing registration that is changing status.
Aayurvatika Herbals Pvt. Ltd. does not have the provision for a registered married couple or a defector married couple in any circumstances; sponsor each other or are being sponsored by two different distributors.
Therefore, a husband and wife may not be enrolled in different lines or organizations. This limitation also applies to any interlocking directorship or shareholding that may exist from a business/distributor relationship. However, should to Distributors marry and they both have the status of Star Director or above, they will be allowed to keep their respective down lines.
Down Line in respect to particular Distributor means that for the Distributor in question ,all the distributor personally sponsored by such personally sponsored Distributor and so forth down line from the ‘Distributor ’in question ,to and themselves sponsored other Distributors.
Star Director who has qualified as such, pursuant to Aayurvatika Herbals Pvt. Ltd. marketing plan.
If a married couple divorces, the Registration shall be maintained in the name of the principal signatory on the Distributor application and agreement form unless Aayurvatika Herbals Pvt .Ltd. receives a certified copy of the Divorce Decree which orders otherwise.
An Distributor shall not resign from their registration and have their spouse join under another registration whether the spouse was a co-applicant or not.
Aayurvatika Herbals Pvt. Ltd. shall make any change only if forwarded to the company in writing and the change will be effective from the date of intimation being sent to you. Non-receipt of this intimation letter, shall be interpreted as non-acceptance of the requisition of change in status by Aayurvatika Herbals Pvt. Ltd. The right to accept to accept or reject the change in status with or without transmitting any explanation shall rest with Aayurvatika Herbals Pvt. Ltd. Till such occurrence ,the exiting status will prevail. No Distributor shall represent that he/she has any employment with Aayurvatika Herbals Pvt. Ltd. Whatsoever each Distributors status is/and will always be,of an Distributor operating his/her own business. No Distributors shall in no condition imply that they are employees of Aayurvatika Herbals Pvt. Ltd., not shall they refer themselves as agents or company representative ,also refrain from use of such terminology or descriptive phrases on their stationery or other printed material that may lead to this conclusion. Aayurvatika Herbals Pvt .Ltd. cannot permit any relationship between ,or representation by Distributor ,which may impose liability on Aayurvatika Herbals Pvt. Ltd. It is solely the enrolling prospect’s responsibility to read and understand all the terms and conditions stated behind the application from. Any misconception or conclusion drawn apart from the intention of the company , thereafter Aayurvatika Herbals Pvt. Ltd. shall not/cannot be held accountable.

Methods Principal An Distributor in all conditions shall adhere to the principled methods of performing Aayurvatika Herbals Pvt. Ltd. business as indicated /signified below:-
To abide by all rules, regulation, law and ordinances applicable to the operations as an Distributors of Aayurvatika Herbals Pvt. Ltd. The Multi Level Marketing Business, with the standards of honesty and integrity.
To refrain from using Aayurvatika Herbals Pvt .Ltd. trademarks or trade name, information, literature, meeting gathering or any Aayurvatika Herbals Pvt. Ltd. resources to further other business interests.
To conduct oneself in a professional manner and to refrain from making claims for representations about any Aayurvatika Herbals Pvt. Ltd. products other than those found in the company literature or labels that have been approved by the company in writing.
To present Aayurvatika Herbals Pvt. Ltd. product and marketing plan accurately and honestly, clearly portraying the level of efforts required achieving success.
To perform all duties of sponsorship and responsible leadership while building the Aayurvatika Herbals Pvt. Ltd. business and to treat every one whether in your downline or not with the same respect.
To respect the privacy of other ‘Distributor’.
To ensure that the user is satisfied with the service and Aayurvatika Herbals Pvt .Ltd. products.
To consistently promote the success of Aayurvatika Herbals Pvt. Ltd. business and refrain from any activities those are/may be detrimental to the image of Aayurvatika Herbals Pvt. Ltd.
To refrain from making negative remarks about the company, its product, Distributor and employees.
To promote or emphasize the intention of the company.
To refrain from producing sales or training aids of any kind for sale to other Distributor without the prior permission from the company.
To consistently put forth the best efforts to promote the success of this networking business and not get you involved in any situation that harms the image of the company or another consultants.
To try and see prospects only with prior appointments.
To notify corporate in writing, if there is a change of address or contact numbers ,using the ‘Distributor’ Memorandum form and ensure all details are kept upto date.
To refrain from making wild or exaggerated claims about future earning potentials ,or promises of financial benefits and giving false hope to all privileges /rewards provided under the marketing plan ,which is actually dependent on each Distributor’s efforts in the business.
To refrain from advocating or coercing anyone ,including new independent "Distributor", into buying quantities of products beyond his/her capacity to sell or consume within a reasonable period of time.
