By registering as a Direct Seller / Distributor with Aayur Vatika Herbals Private Limited, I hereby declare and confirm that: -
1. I am above 18 years of age and a citizen of India.
2. I understand that Aayur Vatika Herbals Private Limited does not charge any entry fee, subscription fee or registration fee for enrolling a Direct Seller.
3. I have read, understood and agreed to comply with all the policies, procedures, terms & conditions and guidelines of the Company as published on the official website.
4. I have been fully informed about the Aayur Vatika Business Plan, and I agree to follow the Rules of Conduct and Code of Ethics prescribed by the Company.
5. I confirm that I am competent to enter into a contract as per the provisions of the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
6. I further declare that I have never been convicted by any court of law, declared bankrupt, or declared to be of unsound mind.
7. I agree to conduct my business ethically and lawfully and shall not make any false, misleading or unauthorized claims regarding the Company's products, income plan or business opportunity.
8. I understand that my distributorship may be suspended or terminated if I violate the Company policies, Code of Ethics or any applicable law governing direct selling in India.
9. I hereby declare that all the information provided by me during registration is true, correct and complete to the best of my knowledge. I accept full responsibility for any consequences arising due to false or incorrect information.
10. I agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations governing Direct Selling in India, including the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021.
